I love Canal Rocks, it’s an awesome place to go to whether you are wanting to shoot photo’s or just go and see something pretty amazing.
For those of you who don’t know Canal Rocks is down South from Perth near Dunsborough.
You can shoot so many different compositions here, especially if you don’t mind being a bit adventurous and climbing all over the rocks and sometimes getting a bit wet. You can also just sit down and relax, take in the fresh air and listen to the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks. It’s pretty cool.

Hi Andrea,
Great composition and well processed. I reckon just crop a little more of the sky and you’ve got a winner. 🙂

Thanks Jamie, I’ll give that a go and crop a bit more. Down a bit more to just above where the clouds start do you think?

You could also cool off the back hill to give the composition a little more depth Andrea…nice take but!

Thanks Mark, I’ll crop it and cool off that back rock a bit more Mark and see what you guys think. I have been very conscious of cooler background and warmer foreground but obviously not quite enough. It’s all part of the learning.
Cheers
